Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There were personnel files missing two or more health and safety related annual topics trainings.”
“The operation did not have an updated food allergy emergency plan.”
“At the time of the inspection, while waiting at teh door of the operation a child walked up to the door, pushed the bar to open it, looked up and saw the inspector standing at the door, then turned around and walked down the main hall. There were no adults visible from the doorway and no adult came to the door until after the child was seen returning to class area.”
