Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation allowed two people to be present at the operation after the CBCU has notified the operation that the person was ineligible to be present.”
“At the time of the inspection, employees accompanying children at swimming pool did not have the required training.”
“Six children records were reviewed and four did not have health statements.”
“During the time of the inspection, a 14 month old was mixed with children over an 18 month age difference.”
“Tracking sheets are not being documented properly. Required information on tracking sheets was not legible, fully documented with an in and out time, and was not available for review when the Investigator was present at the operation.”
“At the time of the inspection two personnel did not have required content training.”
“At the time of the inspection, two employees did not have a record of attendance.”
“One caregiver supervised children over the required age group when 12 or fewer children are present and one of the children was an infant.”
“During the December 3, 2021 inspection, the operation was not clean and a rodent was observed inside the center.”
“At the time of the inspection safety seats were not being used for all children who required them.”
