Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“A qualified director has not been submitted to Child Care Regulation by the operation.”
“Three controlling persons listed for the operation are no longer active. This is a recite.”
