Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“3 out of 10 children's files reviewed did not have a current vision and/or hearing screening on file.”
“I observed one children's file that did not have current immunizations. The child is missing 1 MMR and 1 Varicella.”
“This standard was evaluated in regards to a report and determined to be deficient. The operation did not follow through with the process of a self report. A self report was required due to a child receiving an injury that required medical treatment.”
