Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“The kinder playground had tears in the turf surfacing.”
“An employee did not have required background check and was allowed to care for children. This was corrected when the caregiver left the operation.”

“Based on the information obtained during the DFPS investigation, there was sufficient evidence to validate that Neglectful Supervision of a child occurred when a child was left unattended in the bathroom for at least 12 minutes in the dark.”
“It was found that a child was left unsupervised in a bathroom.”
“One caregiver had the NationalCPRFoundation CPR certification. This training is all online and does not train with the use of a manikin.”
