Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was no current fire inspection report available for review during the inspection. The fire inspection was dated 7/22/25.”
“There was no current annual health inspection available for review during the inspection.”
“One caregiver was observed working in the infant classroom without having an active background check completed. This was corrected during inspection when the director was observed resubmitting the background check and the caregiver was observed leaving the operation.”
“Of the 10 children's records evaluated, 3 lacked the emergency authorization information.”
