Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation did not have documentation of a fire drill practice available for review.”
“The children's records were missing information.”
“There was no smoke detector in the home.”
“The CPR and First aid training has expired in 10/28/2022.”
“There was no carbon monoxide installed in the home.”
“There was an ac unit in the outside accessible to children not safeguarded.”
“There is a pet cat that does not have vaccinations available for viewing.”
