Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One child's file out of eight reviewed does not have a current immunization record.”
“One caregiver had direct access to children in care with out a current background check in the system.”
“One caregiver only has 18 out of the 24 annual training hours for their previous training year.”
“Four children files out of ten reviewed are missing addresses for their emergency contacts.”
