Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One of the two staff files reviewed, did not the Hire Date documented for the employee. This was corrected during the inspection when the employee wrote her hire date on the Employee Form in her file.”
“On the Toddler playground here are 4 vertical white pipes that stick up out of the ground causing a potenital tripping hazard.”
“One of the eight Infants, did not have an updated 30 day feeding schedule.”
