Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operational policies was evaluated and found incomplete for parent rights, promotion of outdoor activities, and the evacuation plan.”
“The enrollment agreement were not the current forms and did not have the water safety permissions.”
“A child was observed covered with a blanket inside a crib. The blanket was taken out of the crib.”
“The emergency preparedness drills had not been practiced consistently each month and documented.”
“A child who has been enrolled since 2/2021 does not have a health statement on file.”
“The provider obtained the CPR certification online.”
