Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation does not have a current sanitation inspection. The last sanitation inspection was conducted on 3/10/25.”
“Two caregivers are missing a current certificate of training in pediatric first aid with rescue breathing and choking. No certificates were available for review during inspection.”
“A child who was ill was allowed to return to care before being symptom free for 24 hours.”
“A child's file is missing the health care professional statement. The health statement was not available for review.”
“Two infant records did not have updated infant feeding instructions. The last time the feeding instructions were updated was on 1/4/25 and 4/1/25 respectively. Both children are not yet on table food.”
“One out of four employee files does not have the required documentation on how the employee meets the education requirement (GED/High School Diploma).”
“Two out of eight children's records checked did not have a required immunization record available for review.”
“Three out of eight children's records checked did not have a required health statement available for review.”
