A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Transportation training was not obserevd on file for director.”
“Activity plan for Pre-K and toddler was not posted in designated areas.”
“The childcare operation did not have a current health inspection. The last health inspection conducted was on 9/09/22.”
“The outdoor fence was observed tilted. There were exposed nails on the fence. The outdoor area was observed with overgrown weeds.”
