Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Three out of ten staff files reviewed are missing form 2912 (preemployment affidavit) and two are missing form 2985 (notarized affidavit),”

A total of five electrical outlets without a safety cover were observed in different rooms. Seven cans of disinfecting wipes were observed under a children's hand washing sink in a toddler room. There was no latch on the doors preventing the cabinet from opening. Note: This was CORRECTED during the inspection as the wax warmer was removed from the children's restroom.
