Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Four (4) children in care did not have emergency medical transport and treatment authorization forms.”
“The director did not have for review certificates of training for 6 of the 30 annual training hours.”
“The operation did not have a current annual fire inspection.”
“The training certificate for the director did not meet the required documentation per minimum standard (1329).”
“Video footage revealed one caregiver was caring for 13 toddlers.”
“Video footage revealed that one caregiver was in the classroom with 13 toddlers. Toddler were observed moving all over the room, running, on top of tables, throwing books. One child was observed pushing a yellow tote around the classroom.”
