Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One staff present at the operation does not have a current background check.”
“The placement of the cribs in the Infant A classroom were arranged too close togethe, which makes it easy for an infant to reach inside of another infant's crib.”
“The cribs in the Infant A classroom did not have space in between each crib for caregivers to walk in between the cribs.”
“The cribs in the Infant A classroom did not have space inbetween each crib for caregivers to walk in between. Corrected when the director moved a crib out of the room, creating space in between each crib.”
“The placement of the cribs in the Infant A classroom were arranged too close together. As a result, it was easy for an infant to reach inside of another infant's crib. NOTE: Corrected when the director moved a crib out of the room, creating space in between each crib.”
“The changing mats in the infant rooms had rips in them. Note: a picture was taken.”
