Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on interviews a teacher did not act positively with children.”
“Based on the information gathered children were yelled at by their teacher based on interviews.”
“The provider did not input the number of employees that left in 2024.”
“Child Care Regulation heard a teacher state to children if they do not follow the rules they will not get cupcakes.”
“There is chipped paint by the door within reach of children.”
“Two toddlers were walking with their training cups. This was corrected during the inspection when this was brought to the attention of the teacher and she had the child sit down and drink.”

“There is no documentation showing an annual fire inspection has been completed.”
“In the Harvard classroom when asked how many children they had one teacher stated 20 then another teacher stated 21. It was verified by CCR there were 20 children.”
“There is no documentation for January and February showing the smoke detector has been tested.”
“There is chipped green paint in West Point Classroom and water mark on the ceiling in the Harvard Classroom. There is also chipped paint in the Cornell classroom. Pictures were taken.”
“There is no documentation showing the fire extinguishers have been checked for the month of February.”
“Four infants have expired feeding instructions and one infant's feeding instructions has not been signed or dated.”
