Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Upon review of required monthly fire drills, the last fire drill was conducted on May 11th 2026.”
“It was observed that there were 11 children present during inspection including 1 infant, bringing the childcare operation out of ratio.”
“Upon review of required annual trainings for primary caregivers, it was observed that training was incomplete.”
“During the walkthrough ammunition was observed in an unlocked closet. Compliance was met when the provider locked the cabinet.”
“During inspection of outside facilities dog feces was found in areas where children have access.”
“It was found that the primary caregiver was lacking required annual training hours from the previous training year. Compliance was met during the inspection when current training hours were observed.”
