Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The Carrots and Pears that were served for todays lunch, was in the refrigerator uncovered. This was corrected when the Director and caregiver placed the bowls containing the food in plastic zip lock bags.”
“The operation did not notify closure. On Monday July 18, 2022 the operation closed for several months to make repairs due to a rain storm. The roof had to be replaced, building had to be rewired, new floors, paint and equipment. The operation reopened on September 6, 2022,”
“Health Inspection is expired as of December 16, 2020.”
“The First sid kit was missing cotton balls. This was corrected when cotton balls were purchased and brought to the operation and put in the First Aid kit.”
“The Fire Inspection is expired.”
