Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was found during the inspection that a child with a diagnosed food allegry did not have their food allegy and anaphylaxis emergency care plan signed and dated by a physician.”
“It was found during the inspection that the last fire drill was documented as being conducted 8/25. This was corrected during the inspection when the director conducted a fire drill and documented it.”
“The operation had not maintained the fire drill documentation.”
“There was one out of the four personnel records not avaiable for review.”
