Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Infant caregiver was bottle feeding an infant in their lap instead of their arms.”
“It was observed that infants are eating food on a bare table.”
“The changing pad was observed in poor condition.”
“In the transportation binders, the operation is missing the emergency medical information.”
“One child was missing a health statement and has been enrolled over 12 months.”
“Several first aid kits at the operation contain expired supplies.”
“The trainings the operation provides does not give an accurate description of topic covered during the training lesson.”

“Two children's files reviewed did not have updated admission forms. Two children's files reviewed were incomplete.”
