Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During an investigation it was found that a child was sat out for time out for around 10-15 minutes. The time out period should be 1 minute per age of the child.”
“There was sufficient evidence found during the investigation to show that one child was able to get out of an outdoor playground and was unsupervised for about two minutes. This was corrected at inspection when the hole between the fence and the building was blocked off.”
“A child in care was left unsupervised.”
“Observed two children in table high chairs without being strapped in the seat.”
