Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“At the time of inspection, the operation's fire inspection by the local fire marshal had not yet been conducted. The last fire inspection was conducted on 9/5/25.”
“The current CPR/First aid certifications on file for the staff were only conducted via an online training class. No in-person training over the CPR procedures has been conducted.”
“At the time of inspection the caregivers/staff present did not have current training on the required topics of Emergency preparedness, Communicable diseases, administering medication, food allergies, building/physical premises safety, and Handling, storing, and disposing of Hazardous Materials.”
“Documentation of the safety drills that have been conducted while the children were in care was not available at the time of inspection.”
