Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The provider did not have proof of the liability insurance policy or coverage.”
“The provider did not have a personnel record for herself or any of the required paperwork needed for the personnel record.”
“The provider only had one cloth hand towel for children to dry their hands with. This was corrected during inspection when she removed the towel and replaced it with disposable paper towels.”
“One child's immunization records did not include the signature (including a rubber stamp or electronic signature) of the health-care professional who administered the vaccine.”
