Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. “It was found that on occasion and rare moments, the caregiver's daughter and neighbor may sit and watch the kids in care when needed.”
“Upon arrival, it was found that a total of 5 unrelated children were in care from ages 2 to 13 years old exceeding the number of unrelated children allowed to be in care.”
