Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was no enrollment information completed for the two children enrolled in care.”
“Provider has not paid her annual fees.”
“Fire drill for September, October and November 2022 were not documented.”
“There were several achohol bottles accessible to children in the living room cabinet. This was corrected when provider removed all the bottles.”
“One child did not have the child care licensing enrollment information. And another child had his enrollment information incomplete.”
“It was observed that a controlling person form has not been completed for the spouse of provider.”
