Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The provider did not have documentation validating that the CPCS.gov recall list is viewed annually.”
“The provider does not have documentation available for emergency drills such as fire, weather, and lockdown.”
“Five children files did not have a parent signature acknowledgment emergency medical authorization.”
“The provider does not have 30 annual training hours for June 8, 2023 to June 8, 2024.”
“Four children did not have a complete health statement on file.”
“The operational policies does not list procedures for safe sleep practices.”

“The provider does not have documentation to validate 3 dogs have current vaccinations; document shows 3 dogs were last vaccination due in 2022.”
