Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A piece of equipment used in the classroom was broken. This was corrected at inspection when the equipment was disposed of and removed from the classroom.”
“The operation is not serving lunch in accordance with USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). For lunch children were served corn dogs and water, some students also received milk.”
“This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation and found deficient. The verbiage of the operational policies was not inclusive to all children.”
