Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The total number of employees who had left the operation in the previous calendar year was not completed by the January 15 as required.”
“Documentation for last gas leak test was codnucted in 2021. The provider will need to conduct a new gas leak test.”
“The parent handbook was missing the operation's safe sleep policy for infants.”
“The use zone for the indoor play structure did not have unitary surfacing that extended six feet from the perimeter of the equipment.”
