Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation allowed a person with an inactive BGC to be present and counted in ratio with a group of children. NOTE: the person left the operation while CCR was present.”
“One out of four caregivers lacked training in child maltreatment.”
“The first aid kit lacked antiseptic solution .”
“The operation did not have the parent rights in the operational policies.”
“The operation did not have a list of the food allergies posted.”
“The operation conducted three fire drills that took longer than 3 minutes.”
“The site director lacked the required six topic trainings.”
“One child's record reviewed did not have the complete release information complete on the admission form.”
“One child's record reviewed did not have one parents complete information on the admission form.”
“Activity Plan did not have the dates included on the activity plan posted on the poster board. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection with the date being written on the posted activity plan.”
