Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“One caregiver whom has been employed for at least 90 days has CPR training from an online resource instead of a hands on skills component.”
“A caregiver was conducting diaper changes and was wearing gloves. She did not remove the gloves at any point in between diaper changes and did not wash her hands in between diaper changes.”

The door to the backporch was closed and both staff members were in the classroom. Neither staff member had auditory or visual awareness of the child placed on the porch.”
