Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There is sufficient evidence to prove that a child was able to exit the licensed space unsupervised.”
“Two children did not have an immunization record on file.”
“One caregiver was tasked with supervision of 18 children with a specified age group of three years; the group was over ratio by three children. Note: the director was prompted to include an additional caregiver in the group during the inspection.”
“The list of children being transported by the operation from school to center inaccuarately documents the children's pick up time.”
“Age appropriate child restraint safety devices were not in use for each child during transport.”
“Staff tasked with transporting children exceeded the vehicle capacity in lieu of multiple trips to safely accommodate children requiring transport from school to center.”
