Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was determined that a person hired was no longer employed as of 8/16/2025 and the person was not inactivated in the required time frame.”
“During the investigation it was determined that a caregiver was observed on video picking up children roughly and some under one arm to move them. The operation immediately dismissed the caregiver and reported the incident to CCR.”
“During inspection an infant room was out of ratio when the second caregiver stepped out of the room to handle business.”
“At the application inspection the completed Health Inspection for the new operation could not be observed.”
