Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on evidence obtained during the investigation, it was determined that there was more than one child placed to a seat belt.”
“Based on evidence obtained during the investigation, it was determined that a caregiver did not use good judgement when choosing to transport more than fourteen children in a fourteen-passenger vehicle.”
“The operation did not have a current CPSC form available review.”
“One caregiver was supervising two classrooms during nap time.”
“There was not a barrier around the air conditioner and there was a 2 year observed to have access to the unit when walking to the playground.”
“There was an infant in a high chair and the safety strap was not buckled.”
“The operational policies did have information regarding active play, but did not have all the required information.”
“The operation had an emergency preparedness plan but it did not have all the required information.”
