Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver did not use good judgment when she acted aggressive towards a child multiple times during mealtime.”
“The caregiver did not provide the level of supervision sufficient to intervene when a child could have been severely injured.”
“The operation did not demonstrate good judgment by allowing a plugged in wax warmer to be accessible to children in care.”
“A caregiver pushed a child in care as a form of punishment.”
“A child was left outside unsupervised for approximately 4 minutes.”
