Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A Child Care Regulation Inspector was not allowed to inspect the home. The provider did not provide information regarding identity of children in her care, parent contact information and information about the child care services she is providing.”
“The provider was found to be caring for children in her home without the required HHSC permit.”
“Regular care was being provided for 4 unrelated children.”
