A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Caregiver stated to children " if you are not going to listen you will not get a cup cake." Caregiver stated to a child, "child name you are not getting a cup cake and I going to tell your mom and TiTi."”
“Three children specified age group 3 years old were outside of the classroom with out adult supervision. Children were allowed to go to the rest alone, the rest room is located on the other side of the cafeteria from the classroom the caregiver is in.”
