Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two operation staff did not have background check eligibility form available for review in their personnel file.”
“One caregivers education qualification was available for review in their personnel file.”
“Two caregivers did not have CPR/first aid training certificates in their personnel file available for review.”
“During the inspection it was observed that two children were on their cellular devices watching TikTok videos. This was corrected at inspection when they were asked to put their phones in their backpacks, and complied.”
“During the review of the state book, it was found that the last inspection report shown was for 11/2023 for the Application Inspection.”
“The operation has children in care without a permit.”
