Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Three reviewed medications expired on 6.2025, 7.10.2026, and 7.26.2025”
“One of the infant feeding instructions for a present child was last updated on 6.1.26.”
“Three children with known allergies did not have a completed food allergy plan signed by the parent and physician.”
“A caregiver didn't display good judgement when rolling on the floor with an infant.”
“The operation did not notify licensing of a situation that may have placed a child at risk within the two day time frame.”
“During the walk-through, CCR observed specks of dirt under the changing mats on the diaper-changing table in the toddler classroom. Correction: The caregiver cleaned the diaper-changing table.”

Corrected: When the caregiver recounted the children and updated the board in the classroom. The sea turtle class recounted their children and ensured they were all checked in on the tablet.”

“The operation has a walker in the infant seahorse classroom which is prohibited equipment. An 8 month old infant was sitting in the walker and the walker wheels were unlocked.”
