A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“The operation has not entered any information in the CCR portal or informed CCR staff of its liability insurance coverage in over a year.”
“Two children were missing health statements. One child was missing the emergency contact address. One child was missing the emergency medical facility address and phone number.”
