A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Based on the preponderance of the evidence, a child accidentally spilled hot soup onto their leg, causing a second-degree burn as the soup was not served in a safe manner.”
“Five caregiver files were missing a notarized affidavit.”
“During inspection, a caregiver was observed to be supervising children without cleared background checks, to include pending fingerprints and pending national sex offender registry checks. Caregiver was allowed to be present before receiving notification from the criminal background check unit that the caregiver was eligible.
