Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A child's record indicated a food allergy. There was no emergency care/food allergy emergency plan on file.”
“One child's record did not have the health statement filled out by the parent. The health care provider statement is required by a health care professional.”
“The Children's Product Certification was last certified on 07/06/2023.”
“One child's record did not have the updated immunization record for the child's age.”
“The use zone for the slide overlapped another play structure and less than the required use zone.”
