Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The primary caregiver's child was observed walking throughout the home with a caregiver present.”
“One of the two cargeiver files reviewed had expired required annual training.”
“A caregiver in the operation did not have current first aid training.”
“A caregiver in the operation did not have current CPR training.”
“A child's file contained an expired immunization affidavit.”
“During the inspection, 13 children were observed in care. The operation's permit reflects a total licensed capacity of 12 children.”
“Several children in care did not have a physician's health statement available for review. Another child had an expired affidavit.”
