“The written activity plan posted in the Pre K age group classroom was dated for the middle of August 2026. There were no additional weeks of lesson plans available for review for the group.”
“This was evaluated as part of a DFPS Investigation and found deficient. Through the investigation it was found a caregiver had been observed grabbing children by the arm and pulling them off of furniture in the classroom.”
