Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One child file was missing the health statement signed by health care physician.”
“Two children files was missing the authorization to obtain emergency medical care and to transport the child for emergency medical treatment”
“One child's file was missing the name, address, and telephone number of the child s physician or an emergency-care facility.”
“The operational policies was reviewed and missing the following section as specified in 746.501: --Procedures for dispensing medication, or a statement that medication is not dispensed --Promotion of indoor and outdoor physical activity: Your policies must include: (A)The duration of physical activity at your home, both indoor and outdoor [Medium]; (B)The recommended clothing and footwear that will allow a child to participate freely and safely in physical activities [Medium]; and (C) A plan to ensure physical activity occurs on days when extreme weather conditions prohibit or limit outdoor time.”
