Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One child is missing date of birth and admission date on their admission form.”
“The operations garden hose was also observed to be a tripping hazard outdoors during the inspection.”
“The operational policies do not have a completed emergancy prepardness plan. It is also missing a completed (8) and (10).”
“One child does not have immunization records on file.”
“A number of hazards were observed during inspection, accessible to children in care: WD40, toilet bowl cleaner, bug spray, and adult scissors. The operations garden hose was also observed to be a tripping hazard outdoors during the inspection.”
