Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During the monitoring inspection, it was found that there were areas in the backyard that presented tripping hazards, a board with exposed nails was observed on the ground, and dried dog feces. In the bathroom there were cleaning chemicals stored unsafely underneath the bathroom sink which was assessable to children and there were unclean areas of dried food/liquid present at the bottom of the fridge.”
“During a monitoring inspection, it was found that a person was present inside the home while children were in care, who no longer had a current or approved background check status.”
“During the application inspection it was discovered that the home's pets did not have proof of current rabies vaccinations.”
