Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Children have access to air conditioning unit outside. A barrier needs to be in place to keep children from putting fingers or objects into the unit.”
“There are two areas in the backyard where fencing needs to be placed to avoid children from exiting the backyard.”
“Fire extinguisher just delivered and needs to be mounted.”
