Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The provider does not have the required telephone postings.”
“The provider's spouse has not had orientation.”
“The provider does not have the correct fire extinguisher they have A-10-BC model.”
“The provider does have to have a good health statement from the vet.”
“A child in care does not have a food allergy plan.”
“There is no documentation showing the provider's dog is up to date on their vaccinations.”
