Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During inspection, a walker was observed in the infant room. This was corrected at inspection when it was removed and will be returned to parent.”
“When I arrived at the inspection, there was one caregiver with a mixed group of 9. The caregiver was over-ratio by three children given the ages of the 9 children in care which included two infants and the oldest child was 4 years old.. This was corrected at inspection when the infant caregiver arrived and took charge of the infants.”
