Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A review of operational policies (parent handbook) was lacking all required components. A list was left with primary caregiver of missing information.”
“During the walkthrough it was observed in the outdoor play area there was paint chipping on the house, a doorway had rotten wood, there were old tires, plants with sharp leaves, metal pipes exposed, sewer clean out was missing its cap and the ac unit were accessible to children. There was also no railing for stairs that were more than 20 inches in height leading into the home from outdoor play area.”
“The operation was lacking an emergency preparedness plan.”
